That's it! I can't believe I'm on the last leg of the #tarotcollectorchallenge by Avalon. Here are the last seven questions to round up the tag—it's been super fun to dive in and sift through my decks… One more thing I've learned? That our collections tell us so much about ourselves. :)

The tarot deck that has been on your wishlist the longest: Linestrider. It's been on and off and on and off since it was a self-published deck and now that it's on mass market release. Needless to say I still haven't purchased it. I've been holding out for my birthday, but now that it's just a little over a week 'til I turn a year older, I'm still on the fence.

Your favorite tarot deck for summer: Dame Darcy. Mermaids! The ocean! Sunny skies! Romantic dark knights! What more could you ask for when it comes to summer? This is was my go-to deck all last year, and is still my first pick to bring with me to the beach.

Your favorite tarot deck for autumn: Zombie Tarot. Not just because Halloween rolls in right about this time of year, but because the colors of this deck are dark and earthy—full of bold greens, bright oranges and moody grays. I know I really love this deck because I am not a fan of zombies, but I am a huge fan of these cards. Get to know the Zombies more over here

Your favorite tarot deck fo winter: Lumina Tarot. The illustrations are crisp, the card backs are solid black with a wintry, almost snowflake-like pattern on it, and the very deliberate pops of color add just the right amount of vibrancy to an otherwise cold and inward-looking season. I used this all through last December to January and it seemed to bring out such meaningful year-end and New Year readings for my clients.

Your favorite tarot deck fo spring: Sakki Sakki Tarot. Nothing like the uplifting yellows, the zany illustrations, and the overall feel-good vibe of the Sakki Sakki to put you in the mood for spring. This deck is lighthearted, much like the spring season. It has a very celebratory, upswing-y vibe that embodies the liveliness of the year's second quarter.

Name a tarot deck you were gifted: Wooden Tarot. I got it from one of my good friends (and also frequent tarot client) last Christmas! It was totally unexpected and absolutely appreciated. I had been on the fence about this deck for so long and would have probably never gotten it for myself.

Deck you would recommend to a beginner tarot reader: Wild Unknown. Not everyone agrees on this, but because this helped me access the archetypes of the tarot so easily and with such simple and clear language, I think it would be a perfect starter. If you want more recommendations, I talk about more decks for newbies on my Tarot Top 5.
